  • DAMAGED GOODS
    If an item arrives defective, damaged, or the wrong item, you must notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • PAYMENT METHODS
    We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
  • EXCHANGES
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • RETURN
    We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@unsponsoredlife.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@unsponsoredlife.com.
  • PRIVACY AND SECURITY
    We are committed to respecting your privacy. We do not sell or disclose our customer information to other sources. During a sales transaction, your credit card information, if submitted, is never stored. Any information we collect from you is solely for the processing of your order. If you choose to sign up for our mailing list, on occasion we will send you targeted marketing information or special product offers. In every marketing email you will have the option to unsubscribe and avoid receiving future emails from us.
  • PRICES AND DISCOUNTS
    Our prices are in US dollars (USD).
  • SHIPPING and DELIVERY
    We will select the best carrier and method of shipping based on the size and weight of the products you order. Product minimums will be in effect on certain items. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out, Average shipping times are 3-5 days based on location. Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number via email after 7 business please email us at hello@unsponsoredlife.com. You will not be charged for any items that are not shipped, back ordered items will only be charged once they have been dispatched.
  • REFUNDS
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@unsponsoredlife.com.
